Face masks

What are the Different Types of Face Masks and What Will Protect ...

Good morning Cambridge families, this week we talked about playing our part to stop the spread of germs by social distancing. Another practice just as important in stopping germs is wearing a face mask.
Wearing a mask not only protects the person wearing it but more importantly, it protects those people that need extra protection like infants, the elderly and people that have chronic diseases.
But sometimes face masks are confusing. You can't always recognize the person wearing one. You can't see their nose or their mouth. Sometimes it hard to hear what they're saying. They can be uncomfortable to wear.
The attached video is a social story that helps explain that even though people look different behind a mask, they are still the same person.
Wearing a face mask is another way to play our part in protecting ourselves and others.

Also her fingers and thumbs "contract" at times. Left arm is losing muscle tone too,she have been suffering from amyotrophic laterals sclerosis (ALS) disease for the last seven years and had constant pain which really get us worried, especially in her knees, the only treatment for this ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) is natural organic treatments honestly ,Multivitamin Herbal Care has the perfect herbal remedy to Motor Neuron Disease including, getting into bed was also another thing she finds impossible. We had to find a better solution for her condition which has really helped her a lot,The biggest help we had was multivitamincare orgThey walked us through the proper steps, I highly recommend these herbs to anyone suffering from ALS.

  5. Natural herbs have cured so many illnesses that drugs and injections can't cure. I've seen the great importance of natural herbs and the wonderful work they have done in people's lives. i read people's testimonies online on how they were cured of Herpes, Hpv HIV/AIDS & STDs, Diabetics , Gonorrhea, Hepatitis, Arthritics , etc. by herbal medicine, so i decided to contact the doctor because i know nature has the power to heal anything. I was diagnosed with Herpes for the past years but Dr Chike cured me with his herbs and I referred my aunt and her husband to him immediately because they were both suffering from herpes but to God be the glory, they were cured too .I know it is hard to believe but I am a living testimony. There is no harm trying herbs. Contact Dr on Whats-App . +233502715551. text/call via: +1 (719) 629 0982 , or you can also contact through his Facebook Page @ Dr Chike Herbal Remedy.

Need another reason to wear a face mask? Your own protection

Need another reason to wear a face mask? Your own protection on  November 3, 2020  in  Community Health ,  Coronavirus ,  Infection Control ,  Infectious Disease  by  UVM Medical Center By Wouter Rietsema, MD, vice president, population health and information services, UVM Health Network – Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital. At this point in the pandemic, we’ve learned that wearing a mask is the right thing to do because it protects the people around us. When we talk, cough, sneeze or exhale, facial coverings decrease the amount of infectious droplets that enter the air from our mouths and noses. I wear a mask to protect you. You wear a mask to protect me. Now, there is  growing evidence  that masks also provide protection for the wearer. In fact, studies show that some people who were infected with COVID-19 are still alive today because they wore a mask. So how are masks making a difference? They let  significantly fewer v...

Superhero muffins

Good morning Cambridge Families! I thought we could end our second successful week as awesome wildcat online learners with a healthy muffin recipe. You know how important it is to provide fuel to our bodies? Healthy food gives us fuel that lasts all day. It makes us feel good too! So in celebration of your superhero efforts this week, I am sharing this muffin recipe.  Hopefully your powers of learning, observation and critical thinking will get stronger with each bite! These muffins were designed for superheroes like you. They're packed full of veggies, and are sweetened with maple syrup instead of refined sugar. In addition, almond flour and whole-grain oats replace nutrient-stripped white flour. These are Shalane’s go-to muffins—nourishing and sweetly satisfying for an easy grab-n-run breakfast. And don’t fear the butter. Fueling up with healthy fats is a great way to start your day. Fat helps transport important vitamins throughout your hardworking body and will help ...
