Having a bedtime ritual is such an important part of helping your body recognize it's time to sleep so it can relax. Today's post is a list of ways to help you sleep better. Set up a regular bedtime routine with a story and a quiet chat. 2. Relax before bedtime by reading a book, listening to gentle music or practicing deep breathing. 3.
