Tips on how to help your child sleep better

Hello Cambridge Families, Hope you are all having a peaceful day! I'm wondering if everyone is getting a good night's sleep? Having a bedtime ritual is such an important part of helping your body recognize it's time to sleep so it can relax. Today's post is a list of ways to help you sleep better. Find the link for an animated bedtime story at the bottom of the post. It's a story you can watch or just listen to so your body knows it's time for bed. 1. Set up a regular bedtime routine with a story and a quiet chat. 2. Relax before bedtime by reading a book, listening to gentle music or practicing deep breathing. 3.
